BBQ ribs

Ingredients:
4.4 lb pork ribs, steak sauce, 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning, 4 tablespoons liquid honey, 1 oz Bourbon, grated peel of 2 limes, juice of 2 limes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon flaked chilli, BBQ sauce

 

Preparation:

  1. Wash the ribs and dry with a paper towel. In a separate dish mix honey, Bourbon, chopped garlic, lime peel and juice, chilli and soy sauce.
  2. Coat the ribs with the marinade, cover with foil and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  3. After that time, place the ribs on a hot grill and cook for about 20 minutes. Keep turning the ribs so they don’t get burnt. When grilling, grease the ribs with the remaining marinade.
  4. Serve ready ribs with steak sauce, which will complete the flavour of the dish with a characteristic BBQ note.
