4.4 lb pork ribs, steak sauce, 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning, 4 tablespoons liquid honey, 1 oz Bourbon, grated peel of 2 limes, juice of 2 limes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon flaked chilli, BBQ sauce
- Wash the ribs and dry with a paper towel. In a separate dish mix honey, Bourbon, chopped garlic, lime peel and juice, chilli and soy sauce.
- Coat the ribs with the marinade, cover with foil and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- After that time, place the ribs on a hot grill and cook for about 20 minutes. Keep turning the ribs so they don’t get burnt. When grilling, grease the ribs with the remaining marinade.
- Serve ready ribs with steak sauce, which will complete the flavour of the dish with a characteristic BBQ note.
